How to clean Banana Flower
- Banana Flower peeling, cleaning and cutting is a time consuming process and fingers tend to darken. But its always worth it comparing the health benefits it brings to our body.First start by removing the red petals one by one. Inside each petal you can find bunch of creamy florets (which later mature to banana when left on tree)

- Continue peeling the red petal and gather all the florets.

- Stop peeling once you reach the middle creamy white part.

- Now its time to clean the forets. Take a floret and peel the outermost petal that surround the floret

- Remove the pistil which has a long stem and knob on its top.

- So now the outermost petal, pistil is removed. Discard them. Use only the remaining bunch of floret.

- Do it for the remaining florets. Transfer the cleaned ones to a bowl.

- Now for the middle creamy white part. Using knife make some criss cross cuts on the top

- Chop it finely. Continue for the rest of it.
