Method
- In a cooker, add oil, splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and curry leaves.

- Add onions, ginger and green chillies.

- When onion is done, add vegetables and saute for about 5 min.

- Add 3 cups water and bring to boil.

- Add washed Broken wheat (1 cup) and salt and keep it for 3 whistles.

- Fluff it with fork and serve hot with coconut chutney.
