Method
- Clean drumstick leaves from their stems and wash it.

- Pressure cook cleaned drumstick leaves with turmeric powder, salt and ¼ cup water.

- Drumstick leaves needs time to cook, compared to other spinach's. so pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles

- In a pan heat oil, splutter mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, green chilli and saute onion.

- Add cooked drumstick leaves to it.

- Cover and cook for another 10 min till water dries out (if there happens to be any)

- Add coconut and mix.

- Serve along rice as side dish.
