Method
- In a pan add oil and saute onions.

- When onion turns transparent add salt, turmeric powder and All purpose Chilli Powder (Kuzhambu milagai powder). Saute for 5min.

- Add 1 cup of coconut milk.

- Check for salt and spicy level and bring it to boil.

- Break eggs and pour into the curry.

- Cover and cook for about 10 min in medium flame.

- Open lid and flip over the eggs for it to cook on the other side.

- Cover and cook for another 5-7 min. Serve it with Rice or dosa.
