Dry roast coconut till it changes colour. Then add Coriander powder, Turmeric powder and chilli powder. Turn off heat and let it cool.
Grind to a smooth paste with enough water once it cools down.
In a pan add coconut oil and sliced garlic. Saute for about 2 min till it changes colour
Now add chopped onions and green chilli
When onions are slightly cooked add okra
Saute till okra is completely cooked
Then add a chopped tomato
And cook till its completely done.
Now add the grinded coconut mix and salt.
And a cup of water
Cover and cook till it boils.
In another pan add oil, splutter mustard, onions, curry leaves and red chilli
Add to the curry
Delicious Okra curry is ready to be served with rice.
