Add 1 cup roasted and grinded wheat flour, ½ cup coconut and ½ cup jaggery. (Jaggery can be melted and filtered before adding if there are any impurities) into a mixing bowl.
Mix it properly using hands by breaking down jaggery lumps if any.
Sprinkle 3 tbsp water little by little and mix it properly and evenly
Hold some portion of flour in your hand and press it firmly into a oblong shaped dumpling
Place it in a idli plate or any steamer.
Steam for about 15-20 min in medium flame.
Enjoy it as a healthy evening snack.
