Peel the outer skin of radish, wash it properly and shred it in a shredder. Add 1 tsp of crushed ginger to it and keep it aside.
Slice 2 onions, chop 3 green chillies and coriander leaves.
Add shredded radish, crushed ginger, sliced onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt together in a mixing bowl. Mix it evenly.
Make chapathis.. Roll out chapathi dough.
Place stuffing radish mix evenly in a chapathi.
Place another chapathi on top of it.
Press the ends using a fork.
Place it in a chapathi griddle when its hot enough. Add some oil. Cook in a medium flame.
Flip it over and cook the other side.
Gently press to make sure the stuffing is also cooked.
Transfer to plate. Can be had as such or with onion raitha.
