Mutton Roast

Mutton roast is a traditional recipe from my grandmother’s kitchen. An authentic signature dish.
Mutton/Goat meat is a popular red meat known for its taste and unique flavour. It is known for its high iron content which helps prevents anaemia by increasing the blood haemoglobin levels, hence suggested for pregnant and lactating women. Also a good source of calcium, potassium, vit B12 and omega 3 fatty acids which makes skin healthy and glowing, stronger bones, increasing immunity, build stronger body, increases sharpness, improves eyesight and relieves stress; which makes it good for overall human growth and  development. Almost all organs of goat are consumable and have its own health benefits. Be it goat bone, goat meat, liver, spleen, brain, blood etc.
Even though it is healthy/nutritive, too much of anything is not advisable. So have everything in a measured proportion and cooked in a good manner to reap the benefits out of it.
